QHopping TERMS & CONDITIONS 2008
ALL TICKET PURCHASES WILL BE IN EUROS AS OUR HEAD OFFICE IS OFFSHORE PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR BANKING SERVICE PROVIDER FOR APPLICABLE CHARGES
QHopping WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSABLE OR HAVE LIABILTY FOR CLIENTS BANK CHARGES OR FLUCTUATING CURRENCY CHARGES
1. THE CONTRACT
A contract shall be deemed to have been made between QHopping.com and
the booking client when the client has confirmed requirements by e-mail; letter or fax and QHopping.com have accepted such booking
2. DEPOSIT/FULL BALANCE
A non-refundable deposit of 100% of the overall cost of the booking together with the required postage or courier charge at time of purchase. If these time limits are not kept QHopping.com reserve the right to cancel and re-allocate all bookings without informing the client.
3. CANCELLATIONS
a) No changes, cancellations or refunds may be made to credit card bookings once QHopping.com has accepted booking. In the event of a change of date by the organizers an alternative arrangement will be made to refund money if the original tickets are not valid.
b) If for any reason any event shall be cancelled the by organizers no refund will be made. If dates are changed by the organizers the original tickets will be valid.
c) Should you find your credit card has been used fraudulently to obtain tickets from our company please inform your bank or credit company.
4. LIABILITY
a) In all arrangements involving third parties QHopping.com act only as agent of the client and no liability of any kind whatsoever shall be attached to QHopping.com in connection with or arising from such arrangement with a third party.
b) QHopping.com will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury toany person or their property, howsoever caused.
c) QHopping.com will not be responsible for failure of the Post Officeor other delivery services employed to deliver on time.
d) QHopping.com will not be responsible for lost or stolen items whilstin transit with the Post Office or other delivery services employed to deliver said items.
e) Whilst every care is taken to ensure tickets arrive on time at the agreed destination, in the event of failure to supply the tickets, QHopping.com liability will extend only to a full refund of the price paid to us for the tickets.
f) QHopping.com acts as an intermediary on your behalf with the actual suppliers of services. Although we will endeavor to pursue any claims to your satisfaction, our liability to you will be according to the supplier's policy and limited to the service and amount we invoiced.
g) Should our supplies let us down for any reason you will be offered a full refund of your ticket price but not reimbursed for flights or hotel accommodation.
5. ALTERATIONS TO ADVERTISED PACKAGES
Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages and events but any package may be altered or omitted or dates changed for any cause which QHopping.com at their absolute discretion, shall consider to be just and reasonable.
QHopping.com have the right to change the prices in force at any time.
When such price is more than that advertised the difference must be paid before the tickets are issued. If QHopping.com increase prices or alter packages, the client shall be entitled to cancel the booking by giving written notice to be received by QHopping.com within seven days of the announcement of the change.
In this event, the client shall be entitled to a full refund of any invoice or part invoice paid.
6. EXTRAS
All accounts for service and goods provided at any event, which are not covered by an inclusive package cost, are due for payment upon receipt of invoice.
7. AVAILABILITY
All packages offered are subject to availability.
